Head of Demand Generation

Praisidio is bringing our first Marketing hire on board. We're searching for someone who meshes with our culture of being amazing, helpful, and trustworthy. The ideal candidate will become responsible for building out the overall functionality and infrastructure to drive demand through inbound marketing.

What you'll be doing

  • Create the strategy to drive inbound demand
  • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, direct mail campaigns, and events to drive customer acquisition
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our founders to establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and revenue
  • Manage monthly reporting showing performance against the key performance indicators and metrics and provide guidance and recommendations on how to improve over time
  • Select, support, and manage events including marketing calendar 
  • Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in marketing management of 3-5 years
  • Experience marketing SaaS applications to the enterprise- HCM experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- team player
  • Creative thinker and problem solver and loves to experiment
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Data-driven and research-oriented
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features 
  • BA or BS degree from a leading university
