Customer Sucess Manager

Praisidio is looking to bring on our first Customer Success Manager hire who is a fit with our culture of being amazing, helpful, and trustworthy and will be responsible for customer success and will assist with pre-sales demonstrations, customer evaluations, and post-sales activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Work closely with our founders to conduct customer requirements discovery & demonstrate our Procaire Talent Retention Management offering
  • Support Procaire Pilots and evaluations 
  • Conduct periodic customer check-in meetings to ensure product fit, communicate new product capabilities, escalate cross or up-sell opportunities, and facilitate issue resolution 
  • Establish scalable customer service policies and practices 

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in customer success including pre-sales and post-sales support management with knowledge of best practices,  ideally with 3-5 years of experience
  • Impeccable customer service skills with deep empathy for the HR function
  • Start-up experience highly desirable 
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications in the enterprise- HCM experience a plus
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills- team player
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with strong analytical skills 
  • Highly developed organizational, time management, and follow up skills
  • BA or BS degree from a leading university
